On January 27, 2025, the Ontario government announced that 18 new Homeless Addiction Recovery Treatment (HART) Hubs that have been approved by the province are the following:

• CMHA Lambton Kent Sarnia (Sarnia)
• CMHA Peel Dufferin (Brampton)
• CMHA Thames Valley (London)
• County of Renfrew (Renfrew County)
• Durham Community Health Centre (Oshawa)
• Fourcast – Four Counties Addictions Services Team (Peterborough)
• Gateway of Niagara (Niagara)
• Health Sciences North/ Horizon Santé Nord (Greater Sudbury)
• Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare (Windsor)
• Kenora Chiefs Advisory (Kenora)
• Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Addictions and Mental Health (Lanark, Leeds and Grenville)
• Maamwesying (Sault Ste. Marie)
• Oxford Ontario Health Team (Oxford County)
• Pinecrest Queensway Community Health Centre (Ottawa)
• Services and Housing in Province (Dufferin County)
• The HART of Simcoe (Barrie)
The HART hubs announced in Belleville, Brampton, London, Sault Ste. Marie and Lambton-Kent will be led by CMHA branches. All HART Hubs will have the goal of being operational by April 1, 2025. These 18 newly announced Hubs are in addition to the nine Ssafe Consumption Sites that will be transitioned to HART Hubs, announced on Jan. 2, 2025. The funding for all the sites has grown to $529 million total.
• HART Hubs are an important investment in the continuum of care to address the mental health, addiction and homelessness crisis in our community.
• The coordination of mental health and addictions services offered by these Hubs will reduce barriers and allow clients to access a full complement of services they require to address their needs.
• CMHA-led hubs in Belleville, Brampton, London, Sault Ste. Marie and Lambton-Kent are committed, with their partners, to making the program a success
