But a severe illness, an accident or an emotional crisis can overwhelm us, at least temporarily, and suddenly we need help. If you are looking for a telephone support service, the Regional WARM Line can be reached at 1-866-856-9276 and is available for “when you need to talk”. The Regional WARM Line is available 7 days a week from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM and offers support for many mental health concerns.
